HTG66 - “Love Decreases the Delicacy of Women and Increases That in Men”

The initial HTG66 consists of students of Hugo Treffner Gymnasium who staged a play called “Love Decreases the Delicacy of Women and Increases That in Men” for the school theatre festival. We do not plan a future together with this group because most of us finished high school this year. HTG in the name stands for Hugo Treffner Gymnasium and 66 marks the year 1966 when the perimere of Jean-Luc Godard’s movie “Masculin féminin: 15 faits précis” which influenced the play to a great extent was held. No recording of the play will be made because we believe that this is the kind of theatre which has to be remembered instead of being reminded of.
The play won the Grand Prix at the School Theatre 2009 festival. The play lasts for 45 minutes.
The play is performed
on 6th September at 16:00 in the hall of the Genialist’s Club (at Magasini Street).
